The staff is amazing. They are knowledgeable, kind, and go beyond to help their clients. They managed to turn a 7-day backlog repair into a 48 hour miracle. I can't recommend Draco Bikes enough.

Louise and Scott are simply the best! My son recently purchased a bike at Draco with his Christmas money from his Grandpa. Scott was incredibly helpful in helping him select the bike that was best for his size and for how he wanted to use it. Louise was beyond friendly and assisted my son in finding the right accessories to truly make it "his". Not only is the shop experience wonderful, but a week later, we received the nicest Thank You card. We cannot recommend Draco Bikes enough- plus, it is great to be able to support a small business in Jupiter, FL!

I called Louise, as they are a dealer for SE racing bikes, to find a limited edition bike that I wanted. She was determined to get it once released. After several weeks she came through. I could not be happier to give Her and Scott a great review. If they don't have what your looking for have confidence they will do their due diligence and find just what you want. Not a giant shop but best customer service and repairs around. Have no problems using them again.
